Pointillistic Period 1980 - 1991

The Storm

The Storm by Joe Richards

1980, fine art print on canvas. One of Joe Richards's larger paintings, The Storm is an example of how his technique changed in his later paintings while his dramatic angular abstract style stayed the same. This made his move into pointillism very bold and unique.

Available unframed in Giclee prints on canvas. This artwork is easy to have either stretched or mounted on foam board and framed. The prints on canvas look as much like a painting as the original artwork.

The Storm Actual size: 35 ½” x 24 " Price: $180.00

John's Catboat

John's CatBoat by Joe Richards

1985, fine art print on canvas. Painted for and of his friend, John Wilkinson, an owner of many boats in his lifetime but a particular lover of catboats. Unlike Joe Richards, the artist, whose only boat was Princess, his beloved Friendship sloop, John owned as least 40 boats in his lifetime.

Available unframed in Giclee prints on canvas. This artwork is easy to have either stretched or mounted on foam board and framed. The prints on canvas look as much like a painting as the original artwork.

John's Catboat Actual size: 23 ½” x 17 ¾” Price: $110.00
